Tokens created through MemeMintr may have little or no market value. There is no guarantee that any token will be listed on exchanges, attract buyers, or appreciate in value. The vast majority of memecoins lose most or all of their value shortly after launch.
Smart Contract Risk
While MemeMintr uses standard Solana programs (SPL Token, Metaplex), all blockchain interactions carry inherent risk. Bugs, exploits, or unexpected behavior in any layer of the stack could result in loss of funds.
Liquidity Risk
Tokens created with MemeMintr may have limited or no liquidity. You may be unable to sell or trade a token after creation. Providing liquidity to decentralized exchanges carries its own risks, including impermanent loss.
Regulatory Risk
The regulatory status of cryptocurrency tokens varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. Creating, trading, or holding tokens may be restricted or prohibited in your country. You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws.
Fraud & Scam Risk
The memecoin space is rife with scams, rug pulls, and fraudulent projects. MemeMintr does not vet or endorse any token created through the platform. Always conduct your own due diligence before buying or interacting with any token.
Wallet & Key Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. MemeMintr cannot recover lost funds, reverse transactions, or access your wallet. Never share your seed phrase with anyone.
Non-Custodial Service
MemeMintr is a non-custodial interface. We do not hold your funds, control your wallet, or have the ability to reverse transactions. All actions on the Solana blockchain are final and irreversible. By using this service, you accept full responsibility for all transactions you initiate.

MemeMintr, its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss of funds, tokens, or any other damages arising from the use of this service.
